CLEARING AND CLEANSING

Clearing a property of an unwanted spirit or energy is charged according to the work expected and location of the related property. An assessment will be required, these are usually FREE but there may be a fee of no more than £50 for an assessment, so please get in touch for more information on fees before booking. Any work required following this assessment will be estimated and a fee quote given. You are under NO obligation to continue. Typically costs are between £50 and £300 depending on the level of work required. Travel costs may apply if further afield.

PARANORMAL INVESTIGATIONS.

Paranormal work varies so much in duration, effort and therefore cost.

If you are in charge of a 'Haunted Building' or a 'Building of Significant Interest' and you are willing to give me and my team access to that building to investigate any potential activity or assess the building for paranormal activity, we will undertake all work FREE of charges. We will provide everything we need, with the exception of a WC and a standard electrical point/socket. We will document all findings and ONLY with your permission, may wish to publish our findings.

Private dwellings that require my services to investigate 'unexplainable' happenings, may be charged a fee of £50, to cover time spent and to assist in funding our ever increasing tool bag of meters, cameras and gadgets! Please ask when making contact if any fees will apply.
